AI Automation

AI that works with your data

AI is built right into our applications and helps us extract insights, priorities, and next steps from internal data.

Automation and recommendations tied to the actual process

AI is integrated directly into our solutions and works with the data that is naturally generated within them. It helps identify patterns, suggest next steps, set priorities, and verify the accuracy of both data and processes. The outputs are based on internal information within the applications and translate into actionable steps, not into vague recommendations with no practical application.

Our Products

From Dependency Mapping to Prioritization: Risks, Remediation, Reporting

OMIS translates cybersecurity into clear, actionable management: it identifies risks, impacts, responsibilities, and follow-up measures. The risk assessment, remediation plan, and ongoing outputs for audits and standards are all based on the asset and dependency map.

O(K)O for Your Security - Orchestration of Tasks, Incidents, and Remedies Across Organizations

OCO manages cybersecurity and compliance across multiple organizations from a single platform. It tracks role requirements, deadlines, and incidents; automates tasks and data collection; integrates with local tools; and provides management with a comprehensive overview as well as documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.

Consolidated Technological Data. Rapid Root Cause Analysis.

ODP collects and consolidates logs, metrics, events, and other technical data across the IT environment. It helps identify the root cause of issues more quickly, analyze correlations in a single location, and feed data into dashboards, BI tools, and downstream systems.

Centralized Document Repository: Rules, Metadata, and Audit Capabilities

ODV is a secure document repository featuring access control, metadata, full-text search, and audit trails. It enables both internal and external sharing, allows for the configuration of rules based on document type, and provides a record of document interactions for auditing purposes.

Third-party products

AI infrastructure

Performance, scalability, and security for AI in production.

We design and deliver AI infrastructure tailored to your specific performance, availability, and security requirements. We scale our solutions to ensure stable operation in on-premises, hybrid, and combined environments, and we also assist with monitoring, capacity planning, and further development.

Services

We provide end-to-end AI solutions: objectives, data, models, and operational oversight.

Use-Case Analysis

Putting AI Strategies into Practice: What Works and How to Measure It.

We will conduct a use-case analysis of your processes and data: we will define objectives, required data inputs, data quality and availability, security constraints, and measurable KPIs (time, error rate, risk, costs). We will propose a prioritization and implementation plan, including where AI adds value (automation, action recommendations, accuracy checks, anomaly detection) and how the outputs will be safely used in production.

Learning and Customization

AI customization for your processes, rules, and terminology.

We will ensure that the AI is trained and fine-tuned using internal data in accordance with security requirements. We will configure datasets, validation, control mechanisms, and integration into automation workflows so that outputs are consistent, traceable, and governed by clear usage rules (approval, thresholds, exceptions). This includes ongoing fine-tuning based on operational feedback and quality control of results.

Implementation

AI implementation from prototype to stable production.

We implement AI so that it becomes an integral part of real-world processes: we ensure integration with the necessary data sources, connection to application logic, and the configuration of roles, access controls, and auditing. In production, we set up monitoring, version control, change management, and operational rules (SLAs, alerting, rollback) to ensure the solution operates reliably and remains sustainable over the long term.

How we proceed

We are implementing AI in a way that makes it practical, secure, and traceable.

01

Let's choose the times and destinations

Together, we’ll determine where AI truly adds value and how we’ll evaluate its results. It’s important to distinguish between an interesting idea and a scenario that has real value for operations and users.

02

We'll check the data and security

We will assess what internal data is available, its quality, and the rules that must be followed to ensure its secure use. This also includes defining the restrictions, access rights, and boundaries that AI must not cross.

03

We will propose a way to get involved in the process

We’ll determine where AI should only make recommendations, where it can automate tasks, and where decisions must remain in human hands. We’re designing the solution so that AI fits seamlessly into the existing process and doesn’t create new chaos.

04

We will prepare the model and the rules

We will prepare datasets, validation procedures, and rules to ensure that the outputs are as consistent, usable, and explainable as possible. It is not only important that the AI provides the right answers, but also that its outputs make sense in practice.

05

We will roll it out into production under supervision

We integrate AI into applications and configure roles, access controls, monitoring, versioning, and the ability to safely roll back changes. Production deployments must be stable, controlled, and operationally manageable.

06

We adjust based on practical experience

After deployment, we continuously evaluate the quality of the outputs, adjust the rules, and expand the scenarios based on actual operations. We view AI as part of a living solution, not as a one-time, closed-end project.
