Prague 2 has replaced its outdated archiving system with a modern application for business licensing documentation that features a tree structure, Czech full-text search, and open-source code.

What the project covers
- Digital Archive of Trade License Records: business owners, licenses, and historical documents organized in a hierarchical structure by year, file, folder, and document.
- Full-text search in Czech: declension and diacritics in metadata as well as PDF and DOCX content, while respecting permissions.
- Automated data import and integration: incremental import from XML and PDF, integration with MS AD, IDM, and Azure ID.
- Document integrity and audit trail: a document fingerprint upon saving and a transaction log with millisecond-level precision.
