What the project covers
- Controlled access for everyone: council members, committees, and partners can only view the documents that pertain to them.
- Document management and versioning: tree structure, metadata, publication validity, and full text in both PDF and DOCX formats.
- Integration with the agency's infrastructure: MS AD, Azure, IDM, and O365 without duplicate accounts.
- Audit trail: Every operation is logged, including a system timestamp, and archived indefinitely.
